Mugi Events – Services
Tents & Event Setup: We provide tents and event structures suitable for different types and sizes of gatherings. Setup is coordinated around the venue, guest capacity and event requirements.
Event Management: We help plan and coordinate event activities, suppliers, timelines, setup and execution. Our role is to help ensure that important details are handled before and during the event.
Cakes & Celebration Services: We provide cakes for celebrations and work with clients on suitable designs, sizes and occasions. Cakes can be planned for weddings, birthdays, graduations, corporate celebrations and other special moments.
Corporate & Private Events: We can support meetings, launches, parties, weddings, birthdays, conferences and other functions by combining event equipment, planning and coordination.

Mugi Promotions is the entertainment and talent-promotion arm of Mugi Companies. The division focuses on creating opportunities for artists, dancers and performers by connecting them with audiences, promoters, event organizers and opportunities in other countries.
We help bring artists and dancers to international markets for performances and entertainment engagements. Our work may involve identifying talent, coordinating bookings, supporting event arrangements, promoting performances and helping build relationships between African creatives and international organizers.
